Management Assistant, Finished Goods Production

Are you ready to kick-start your career within Finished Goods Production in an international pharmaceutical company? We are currently looking for a qualified and ambitious Management Assistant.

Your new role – why is this a great opportunity?

You will work in close collaboration with managers, department support and colleagues in Lundbeck’s Supply chain. As Management Assistant your key responsibilities will be:

  • Supporting with various practical day to day tasks.
  • Participate and execute on short- and long-term projects.
  • Reporting and follow up on Production Performance data.
  • Prepare and follow up on budget for the department.
  • Coordinate and follow up on yearly management activities.
  • Support in preparation of necessary financial/or business analysis and presentations.
  • Planning, coordination, and facilitation of meeting and workshops.

Your future team

As Management Assistant you will report directly to Abilashan Padmanathan, Senior Director of Finished Goods Production and be a part of an exciting journey in the Management Team. Finished Goods Production in Denmark consists of app. 90 employees responsible for packaging of Lundbeck’s products worldwide. The Management team consists of six managers. Your job will be in Lundbeck´s headquarter in Valby, Denmark.

What you bring to the team

Our preferred candidate possesses the following qualifications:

  • A relevant academic background in Life Science or Engineering
  • You are business-minded professional with the ability to work both individually and able to build relations across the various functions of the organization.
  • You are eager to learn, contribute and apply knowledge.
  • You have strong analytical skills.
  • Basic understanding of financial planning
  • You are focused and able to use various IT-systems and adopt new technologies.
  • You demonstrate good planning skills and manages conflicting demands to meet deadlines.
  • Experience in Operational Exellence/LEAN is beneficial.

In addition to this, we expect you to be fluent in Danish and English.
