job description
On behalf of Norlys, we are seeking a dedicated Technical Solution Architect (TSA) to collaborate closely with Norlys' partners, ensuring Norlys' influence on future developments. As part of Norlys’ IT Shared Service Center the TSA will play a critical role in the transition of Telia's SAP into Norlys' D365FO, ensuring a seamless migration process that aligns with strategic objectives.

Additionally, the TSA will enhance the team's technical expertise across various services and projects within Norlys. This includes driving innovation, optimising processes, and ensuring that their technological solutions meet the evolving needs of the organisation.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in SAP and D365FO design and implementation, exceptional problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively with both internal teams and external partners.

key responsibilities:
- Designing and implementing robust, scalable and secure solutions that support business objectives
- Being the technical beacon on the platform and supporting infrastructure
- Creating and maintaining technical documentation
- Performing general architecture work, including proof of concepts, participation in various boards, dialogue with partners and ISV suppliers (nShift, AMC, exflow et al.)
- Leading the implementation of D365FO in the future Norlys together with fellow colleagues
- Continuously evaluating the D365FO solution to ensure stable operations and high performance

Your main workplace will be in either Silkeborg, Esbjerg or Aalborg, with occasional travelling to other locations.

are you norlys' technical solution architect?
As Norlys next Technical Solution Architect, you have a deep understanding of D365FO's technical architecture and components, including experience with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of D365FO environments.

You should have expertise in development and customization using X++, .NET, C#, and other relevant programming languages, as well as knowledge of Visual Studio and other development tools used in D365FO.

Additionally, you must have experience with SQL Server, data import/export, data management framework (DMF), and database migrations, with the ability to design and implement effective data storage and recovery strategies.

key qualities:
- Experience with integrations using Azure Logic Apps, Service Bus, APIs, OData, and batch jobs
- Ability to design and implement integrations with other Microsoft services and third-party systems
- Knowledge of security practices, including role-based security, data confidentiality, and compliance standards (e.g. GDPR)
- Experience with implementing and maintaining security policies
- Deep knowledge of Microsoft Azure services, including Azure Active Directory, Azure DevOps, Azure Storage, Azure Functions, and other relevant services
- Experience designing and implementing scalable and robust cloud solutions
- Your dedication and motivation shine through in your positive approach, and you excel in dynamic work settings. You enjoy collaborating across the entire business and prefer to achieve success as a team.
