Actief Hartmanns is for Haribo recruiting a Business Controller that will get full financial responsibility for the operation in Finland. You will work closely together with the Finnish commercial team and will support them regarding all financial data. Furthermore, you will get the opportunity to grow and develop the business in Finland.

You will be working from the office in Vallensbæk, Denmark and report directly to the Nordic Head of Commercial Controlling.

Primary responsibilities will include:

• Preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Analyzing sales data, costs, and profitability.
• Identifying economic trends and making recommendations to management.
• Participating in the development and implementation of strategic initiatives.
• Decision support and financial guidance regarding customer pricing, annual agreements, new products, business cases etc.
• Optimizing processes and systems within financial management.
• Collaborating with department heads and contributing to decision-making with financial insights.

Qualifications:

• Relevant economic education at the bachelor's or master's level.
• Minimum of 1-3 years of experience as a Business Controller, preferably within retail or a similar industry.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with financial models.
• Experience with ERP systems and advanced skills in Excel.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
