Implementation Manager

We're looking for a proactive and tech-savvy Implementation Manager who can effectively manage low-code software implementation processes from A to Z and would like to grow their career in a fast-paced and global SaaS environment.

As our new Implementation Manager, you will:

• Assist our customers with a fast-paced efficient onboarding to our platform, enabling them to deliver value within their organization as soon as possible.
• Become a specialist in the low-code GAN platform.
• Guide and challenge customers on digital workflows demonstrating best practices and building the best possible GAN solution to exceed customer expectations.
• Present our implementation methodology and set expectations with customers.
• Own the project and the related implementations from contract execution to go live.
• Adopt a flexible and versatile approach to ensure on-time project deliveries.
• Communicate and align regularly with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensure global cooperation with various team members and stakeholders.

Requirements

• 2+ years of project management experience in an enterprise customer-facing SaaS company.
• Demonstrated ability to drive technical projects and ensure on-time delivery.
• Experience with project management software and processes.
• Solid technical understanding and a general understanding of technologies such as AWS, SaaS, Cloud, and System Integration – and the ability to hold technical discussions with customers.
• Experience with low-code/no-code configuration tools is an advantage.
• A higher education in a relevant field is preferred.
• Impeccable communication skills and fluency in English.
• Passionate about customer success and making life simpler with technology.
