We are seeking a dedicated Business Process Owner (PSA) to take lead on the implementation of a new Professional Services Automation system in our digital transformation program. A common PSA system will enhance collaboration across the company, streamline and automate business processes, and accelerate our growth trajectory.

The key outcomes we aim to achieve with the program include:

  • Implement a unified Human Capital Management (HCM), Professional Services Automation (PSA), and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system –with consolidated data from various departments, providing a comprehensive view of the organization.
  • Streamline and standardize business processes and operations to maximize efficiency and productivity across all departments.
  • Enhance talent management, project & resource planning and manage human resources efficiently.
  • Monitor and control costs more effectively, including budgeting, forecasting and reporting.

Role Overview:
As Business Process Owner for PSA you will define, optimize and implement future-proof business processes within our new system. The role combines the responsibilities of a Project Manager with a strong focus on business process ownership, to support the transition from multiple localized setups to a coherent, standardized company setup.

Key responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with the program manager, vendors and the other business process owners to ensure a holistic solution.
  • Ensure business processes are standardized, aligned and implemented according to the overall strategic goals.
  • Develop project plans and schedules, ensure alignment with the program roadmap.
  • Manage project tasks and resources, track and control project budgets.
  • Lead and motivate the project team, facilitate a collaborative working environment.
  • Provide regular status updates and reports to the program manager.
  • Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among key stakeholders.
  • Lead change management efforts to ensure successful adoption in the organization.
  • Collaborate with the solution architect to ensure a holistic information architecture and masterdata structure.
  • Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards.

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in business administration, Information Technology, Project Management or a related field.
  • +5 years of experience as project manager, consultancy manager or similar roles.
  • Documented experience with PSA implementations is a plus.
  • Documented experience with business process reengineering and improvement projects is a plus.

Location: Oslo or Copenhagen preferably, but we will be flexible on location for the right candidate.
