Job description
We are looking for a Senior Commercial System Manager who will oversee the strategic planning, implementation, and optimization of our internal commercial tech stack, ensuring seamless integration and functionality across all platforms. This role requires a deep understanding of SaaS business processes, commercial operations, and technical systems management. The ideal candidate will possess strong project management skills, a business acumen, and a proven track record of managing complex technology ecosystems. You will be reporting to the Head of Revenue Operations.

Key Responsibilities:

    • Tech Stack Management: Design, implement & oversee the entire commercial tech stack, including CRM, marketing automation, customer success platforms, and other related tools. Ensure all systems are integrated, functioning efficiently, and aligned with business goals. MapsPeople's current tech stack is Hubspot, Zoominfo, Monday.com, Sales Linkedin Navigator, Younium and Panda docs but might extend or change.
    • Process Optimization: Optimize the current state by Identifying opportunities to streamline and automate commercial processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness. Implement best practices and continuous improvement methodologies.
    • Strategic Planning and Implementation: Develop and execute a strategic roadmap for the commercial tech stack, prioritizing initiatives that drive business growth and efficiency. Lead the selection, implementation, and optimization of new tools and technologies to enhance the commercial operations.
    • Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and IT, to understand their needs and ensure the tech stack supports their objectives. Serve as the primary point of contact for all commercial system-related inquiries and issues.
    • Data Management and Reporting: Ensure data integrity and accuracy across all commercial systems.

    Required Qualifications:

    • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in commercial systems management, with a focus on SaaS environments.
    • Proficiency in both Hubspot and salesforce, Sales Navigator, Zoominfo and Monday.com, Knowledge about tools such as any PRM tools, CSM tools, sales enablement platforms is a plus.
    • Strong project management skills, with experience in leading complex implementation projects.
    • Great business acumen, to make the best proposal of tools and processes to the business.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
    • Strong problem-solving skills, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
    • Relevant certifications In Hubspot & Salesforce.
    • Self-going with a drive to identify problems and solve them.

    Achieve a high level of integration and automation within the commercial tech stack, resulting in streamlined processes and reduced manual efforts.

    Enable the sales and marketing teams to achieve their targets through effective use of technology and data-driven insights.

    Maintain high standards of data integrity, ensuring that all reports and analyses are based on accurate and reliable data.

    Support the company’s growth objectives by implementing scalable and flexible commercial systems that can adapt to evolving business needs.
