We are looking for passionate CRM Solution Designer who would join our Digital Products & Service Delivery Team. It consists of 10 team members split across 5 locations. The team is characterized by a high customer service mindset and a strong team spirit. We take pride in our platforms and do our best to continuously deliver value adding solutions.

Requirements:

Education & professional experience

  • 3-5 years of experience in an IT role engaging with business stakeholders
  • Strong understanding of CRM solutions, particularly MS D365CE
  • Experience working in an international environment with teams and stakeholders in multiple locations and across time zones is a plus
  • Bachelor or master degree within Information Technology or related field is preferred but not required
  • Professional proficiency in written and spoken English.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

  • Project Management experience with attention to details and execution.
  • Strong interest in understanding business processes and building valuable digital solutions.
  • A technical mindset with basic knowledge around software architecture and design principles and a profound curiosity on latest technology offerings.
  • Familiarity with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) as well as Agile methodologies, such as Scrum methodology and usage of DevOps or similar tools.

  • Basic analytical and problem-solving skills
  • A can-do attitude enjoying to work both independently and in teams.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Obtain domain specialist knowledge/SME for selected areas of our MS CRM/FSM solution.
  • Translate Business requirements into Digital solutions combining business needs with technology offerings.
  • Identify problems and opportunities within Hempel and provides Digital solutions in line with overall Hempel strategy and adhering to Enterprise Architecture guidelines
  • Ensure robust and maintainable solutions and prevents technological debt. Drives decommissioning of not used tools and applications
  • Act as a Scrum Master. Main point of contact for (external) developers.
  • Facilitate description of and further break down of Features into User Stories with corresponding Acceptance Criteria.
  • Ensure and perform testing - System Integration Testing and first step User Acceptance Testing prior to releasing functionality to the business for final User Acceptance Testing
  • Create deployment plans, release notes, and SME Knowledge Articles
  • Perform basic configurations, ensuring data integrity
  • 3rd Line support for application domain in case of issues/incidents
  • Responsible for dialogue with vendors and developers in case of system issues in SLAs.
