The position
As our new Training Partner, you will play a central role in in ensuring the most effective, efficient, and compliant training best suited for the business area. Your main stakeholders are the local management, subject matter experts, training and GMP colleagues.

The main tasks will be to:

  • Continuously drive towards establishing and maintaining training and competence development best suited to meet the needs and challenges of the business area.
  • Analyse, design and develop training solutions which are necessary and sufficient to cover local competence needs and/ or solve business problems.
  • Apply and create buy-in for standards and new technologies within training and competence development in the business area.

You will apply aninvestigative, problem-solution approach and Go-Look-See mindset to understand business problems and to proactively identify how training, human error prevention and learning technologies can contribute to solve these problems.

Qualifications
You will be a great asset to our team because you have:

  • A relevant academic degree and full proficiency in English.
  • Have solid experience with designing and developing functional training.
  • Have a solid understanding of how to manage or coordinate projects.
  • Are experienced with change management and stakeholder management at different organizational levels.
  • A solid business acumen that enables you to prioritize the tasks and project with the most impact for your stakeholders.

You are an engaging facilitator, and you possess strong stakeholder management skills and are able to communicate on all levels of the organisation. You can use knowledge and skills within learning and human behavior to understand and solve business problems. You are motivated by solving problems, seeing opportunities, and driving changes. You also have the mindset to challenge status quo and positively deal with stakeholder resistance.

About the department
The Sustainability & Operational Excellence department is dedicated to driving sustainable practices and operational excellence across our Senior Vice President Areas Emerging Technologies. We strive to create a positive impact on the environment and health of our employees while ensuring the highest standards of quality and efficiency in our operations.

You will be part of the Training and LEAN team consisting of 13 passionate colleagues. In the Sustainability & Operational Excellence Department you will work together with around 30 colleagues working with Health & Safety, Environmental initiatives and Quality Management Systems.
