At K2 Management, we’re on the hunt for a Project Quality Manager for our HSEQ & Risk Management team. We’re an exciting, independent renewable energy consultancy with over 15 offices around the world employing approximately 160 people. You’ll be joining a global leader in supporting our clients in their efforts to facilitate the growth of renewable energy worldwide.
We experience a rapid growth in the demand from developers and suppliers for our know-how and services in established and new markets all over the world, thus also an increased demand for specialized health and safety support.
Working out of one of our offices in Aarhus or Copenhagen (DK), Bristol or Glasgow (UK) or Hamburg (DE) you will be assigned to support one or more of our renewable energy projects in Europe or North America depending on your location. You will be functionally reporting to our Director, HSEQ & Risk Management located in Denmark, and you will become part of a highly dedicated and skilled team. What you´ll be doing:
As Project Quality Manager, your area of responsibility will include:
- Coordinate and lead the development of K2 Management’s Quality Service area for our clients
- Managing and Coordination of project/tasks Quality activities
- Be an active part in deliverance of our services
- Prepare and maintain associated tools for Quality services including QA/QC services activities
- Together with the Director of HSEQ & RM make strategic Quality planning to ensure industry best practice and global consistency of the team’s work
- All aspects of Quality auditing and inspections including ISO standards, management systems, NCR handling
- Ensure that the resources in the team are used efficiently to fulfil clients’ requirements and be an active part in the delivery of Quality services yourself
- Manage and coordinate projects/tasks within the Quality area
- Push a proactive Quality awareness to the project teams and the organisation
- Prepare and maintain associated tools for our Health & Safety services.
The ideal candidate will have:
- 5 -10 years of professional experience from a similar position within the renewable industry (offshore wind and/or solar)
- You have proven experience with quality inspections, as wells as Quality Management and Quality Assurance from working in large projects, preferably offshore wind
- Good organizational skills and a structured working approach
- You are a lead auditor for ISO 9001 and have knowledge of ISO 14001 and ISO 45001
- Comprehensive knowledge of local and international renewable energy industry Quality standards, regulatory requirements & best practice of Quality strategies, plans, procedures and management systems
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to positively influence the safety culture of a project and/or organisation.
- Good management skills capable of managing a small team of Quality professionals globally
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbally and in writing
- You must be eligible to work in one of the countries mentioned

You have a structured and analytical approach to your assignment, an eye for details while at the same demonstrating a great overview of the situation. You are cooperative and a dedicated team player, and your diplomatic skills and honesty are requirements in a multi-cultural organization with high ethical standards.
