We are seeking a Maintenance Manager with a strong background in engineering and leadership experience to join our Test Center. Join a Multifaceted Team of Experts At our Powder Technologies Test Center located in Søborg, you will become a key member of a multidisciplinary group. Here, you'll oversee a maintenance team of 6 colleagues, comprising both electrical and mechanical supervisors, dedicated to ensuring the seamless operation of our testing and processing equipment. Collaboration with a variety of specialists, from product engineers to sales engineers is at the heart of our operations. Together, we work to maintain the high standards of our test setups, contributing to the successful delivery of GEA technology to our clients.

Your responsibilities and tasks:
In this role, you will steer the technical and maintenance operations at our Test Center. Collaborating extensively with both the electrical and mechanical branches of your team, you will ensure that our testing facilities run at their optimum, aligning with the company's high standards and regulatory compliance. Your leadership will extend across a range of activities, and your presence will be felt throughout the maintenance lifecycle.
Specifically, you will:

• Lead the technical and maintenance activities, ensuring smooth operation and compliance with safety standards and regulations.
• Manage and develop the maintenance team, comprised of electrical and mechanical supervisors, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
• Oversee the delegation and execution of maintenance tasks, maintaining high standards and efficiency.
• Ensure all installations meet local and governmental regulations, including electrical installations (DS-60364).
• Ensure governance and alignment regarding the Danish Law BEK. nr. 1082 of 12-07-2016.
• Strategically manage test schedules to support equipment sales and service income, while adhering to relevant laws and certifications.
• Facilitate audits, calibration of equipment, handling of deviation reports, and coordination of service contracts and project execution.
  

Your profile and qualifications:
We are looking for a colleague who is a highly organized professional with a strategic approach to managing comprehensive technical maintenance operations. This role requires a person skilled in navigating complex tasks, offering pre-emptive solutions, and adept at problem-solving. Additionally, you are a good communicator who can facilitate effective coordination with diverse stakeholders and ensure smooth adaptation to changes and unforeseen situations.
Finally, we imagine that you:

• Have a background in engineering or similar, specifically holding "Maskinmester" and "El-installatør" qualifications.
• Speak and write Danish and English fluently.
• Have experience with similar functions in engineering, equipment, or food & beverage manufacturing.
• Possess strong IT skills and have a broad understanding of IT systems.
• Possibly have experience from a global company.
