You will join Business Finance Denmark
Business Finance delivers business and project controlling to all Ramboll’s Markets operating in Denmark.

We work in different teams, based on geography, expertise, or internal stakeholders. Our keywords are job-satisfaction, independence, responsibility, and knowledge sharing, which all contribute to the personal development of each individual employee.

Business Finance consists of 60 employees and the majority work in our head office in Copenhagen. Your workplace will be either Copenhagen or Aarhus, depending on your preference.

Your key tasks and responsibilities as Project Controller will be:

• Overall responsible for your own project portfolio.
• Partnering - close cooperation with the business
• Advise Project Managers on financial project management issues
• Guide Project Managers in terms of understanding project budgets, invoicing and profitability issues
• Provide information to management to be used for commercial decisions
• Ensuring that reported figures give a true and fair view of the financial position of all Ramboll’s ongoing projects in the area.
• Month closing, year-end closing and ad hoc reporting
• Communication to your stakeholders on best practices, changes, and ongoing initiatives
• Provide team coordination to financial project supporters within your area.
• Be an active team member in the Danish Business Finance organization.

Your personality
You are self-driven and take responsibility for the controlling agenda in your area. You have a business focused approach and structure information to meet the needs and understanding for the intended audience. You make rational judgements from the available information and analysis. You establish timely assessment of risk and opportunities and transform these into high quality recommendations or solutions.

Your background could be:

• Experience from a project-oriented organization.
• A relevant master’s degree or other similar educational background
• You have relevant professional experience e.g., as a Project Controller or Project Coordinator
• Danish and English, spoken as well as written, is a prerequisite.
