The job
As our new Customer Care Coordinator, you will engage daily with DEIF’s customers regarding quotation handling in CRM, order processing in our ERP system, as well as handling technical clarification regarding orders and quotations. With a commercial outlook, you will ensure value for both DEIF and customers. The job will allow you to have an extensive area of contact within the organisation and you will be joining our global Customer Care network, which includes cooperation with our Customer Care colleagues at our subsidiaries.

As a Customer Care Coordinator at DEIF, you will be given a challenging job with many different tasks and be part of a team where professional back-and-forth and knowledge sharing with both French and foreign colleagues will occur on a day-to-day basis. You will be part of a team of dedicated employees who everyday do their utmost to contribute to the continuous growth of DEIF.

The person
You are committed and a team player who contributes actively to excellent customer service and achieving company goals. You possess a commercial mindset, cultural understanding, and thrive in a varied working day requiring multitasking and handling complex tasks. You are detail-oriented, structured, and solution-oriented, with the ability to quickly grasp different tasks.

Requirements:

  • Hands-on experience in a similar B2B customer service/back-office role.
  • Proficiency in French and English (written and spoken).
  • Experience with MS Office programs and ERP systems at the user level, and technical product order handling.

Workplace will be Sophia Antipolis in France.
