Your responsibility areas
In your role as Engineer - Digital Solutions you will be responsible for the continuous development and improvement of the assigned solution according to the service roadmap.
Further tasks are:
- Participating in meetings with technical specialists in resolving incidents and problems, change activities and service operations
- Reviewing patches, releases and upgrades
- Resolving incidents and problems and change activities
- Act as change owner for changes related to the affected services
- Support and training of users
- Meeting common service quality objectives within the scope of the assignment with the Service Manager
Your profile

- Successfully completed, relevant studies, ideally with a focus on computer science or natural sciences & computers, (civil) engineering or comparable qualification
- Knowledge in the field of construction / construction processes
- Experience with IoT devices (GPS tracks, LTE-M ...)
- Requirements definition for software projects
- English (mandatory), German (optional), Swedish (optional)
- Basic knowledge of MQTT / SQL / Azure DevOps / Procore or similar tree management tool desirable
