We have an exciting opportunity for the Architecture & Technical Platforms Manager to support one of the most significant business transformations currently underway in the Nordic region: the Unibake Business Platform implementation, including the Microsoft Dynamics 365FO rollout.
This is what you will do
You will be part of Unibake’s global IT Team responsible for our architecture and technical platforms, spanning both on-premises and cloud environments. As the manager for our functional and technical architects, release manager, domain leads, and technical specialists, you will oversee a team of nine direct reports within the Architecture & Technical Platforms division. This role places you at the heart of our IT Management team, where you'll drive innovation and excellence across our technical landscape.

Primary areas of responsibility:
- Technical Platform Management: Oversee the support, maintenance, and development of Unibake’s technical platforms across on-prem and cloud environments.
- Cloud Initiative Leadership: Define and execute cloud initiatives to support business applications across ERP, CRM, Analytics, and other domains.
- AI Roadmap Development: Support the CIO in defining a roadmap for AI and drive related activities across Unibake’s technology stack.
- Technical Architecture Guidance: Act as the overall Technical Architect, leading the architectural approach within IT. Provide guidance on new technologies and technical principles to your team and the broader Unibake IT community.
- Release Management: Establish and oversee robust release procedures, including regression testing for the Unibake Business Platform, led by our release manager.
- AM Support & Maintenance: Identify requirements and provide input for application management (AM) support and maintenance of technical platforms for Business Platform solutions, both on-prem and cloud.
- People Management: Lead the Architecture & Technical Platforms team, encompassing “hire-to-retire" processes, performance management, people development and resource planning.
- Strategic Leadership: As part of the IT Management team, actively contribute to the IT Strategic Plan and IT Master Plan.
