Your role:
As our Executive Business Partner, you will be a trusted advisor to the CEO, driving strategic initiatives, ensuring operational excellence, and leading ESG and corporate communication efforts.

Your key responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership:
    • Develop and execute the Hoyer Strategy (STP).
    • Lead and report on the annual STP review process.
  • Operational Excellence:
    • Oversee a portfolio of Operational Excellence projects.
    • Develop and maintain KPIs to support the STP.
  • ESG Compliance:
    • Drive the ESG compliance process towards CSRD.
    • Manage ESG reporting and communication tasks.
  • Corporate Communication:
    • Ensure professional corporate communication.
    • Support executive management and board meetings.
  • M&A agenda:
    • Prepare and assess M&A options.
    • Develop and negotiate strategic partnerships.

What we’re looking for:
We seek a strategic thinker with a proven track record in driving business excellence. The ideal candidate will have:

  • Extensive experience in driving strategy.
  • Knowledge of and some experience with ESG legislation and reporting.
  • Strong project management skills, managing complex projects cross-organisationally
  • Great interpersonal skills and ability to influence and drive change across the organisation.
  • Excellent communication skills, orally and written.
  • A background in M&A activities, including valuation, due diligence, and post-merger integration.
  • A proactive, results-oriented approach with a passion for continuous improvement.
