Financial Controller
Be part of the development in a large international group
You will report to the Senior Finance Manager and be part of the Finance department, consisting of 13 employees in Vejle.

As Financial Controller you will be responsible for the financial controlling and consolidation of the seven entities at group level.

One of your primary tasks will be the monthly and year-end closing of the Danish legal entities together with your fellow Financial Controller colleagues.

Other main tasks are:

• Preparation of material for the monthly accounting meetings, including deviation reporting (”gap” analysis)
• Participation in preparation of the group annual report
• Maintain Transfer Pricing documentation and have the contact to PMI’s transfer pricing specialist team and secure operational compliance (SOX and other internal controls)
• Contact to authorities including ensuring correct reporting of taxes, contact to accountant, bank, external audit, and PMI tax team etc.

Your success will be measured not only by ensuring timely delivery of tasks, but also by your understanding and interest in the business, including taking responsibility and ownership for own area of responsibility and have the courage to learn something new.

Experience as accountant or Finance Controller
You have a higher financial education, probably a master's degree in accounting or an HD(R) and perhaps 3-5 years' experience as an accountant, or perhaps you are already working as a Financial Controller and want to join an international group where personal learning and career opportunities are abundant.

You will be part of a highly exciting company, where you will be met with exciting tasks and challenges both professionally and personally in interaction with the business and your skilled colleagues.

Preferably you are experienced with consolidation of Danish and foreign subsidiaries and if you have tried making gap analyses, this is an advantage.

You have a proactive and structured work approach, and you are curious about the business behind the numbers.

You have strong IT skills within finance related systems such as ERP, consolidation systems, data warehouse and MS Excel. Furthermore, you communicate effortlessly in written and spoken English and live no more than an hour's drive from the workplace in Vejle.
