We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager with a product-technical understanding to join our team with the mission of expanding our services and sales to the contract market.

About the Job:
As our Sales Manager Contract Market your primary responsibility will be to build up and maintain the professional/contract marked with a focus on the segments HORECA (Hotels, Restaurants Café´s), lounges and conference rooms in Europe. Today our brands Flexlux and SITS are already present in the market, and you will be expanding their reach. You will be developing strategic sales plans and building strong relationships while using your knowledge of key requirements in the contract market, including necessary labels and certificates.

With your technical understanding of the products, you will guide customers and creating the ideal solutions. This will be enabled by a strong partnership with our Production units in Europe and China as well as our specialists.

Your key responsibilities:

  • Drive sales growth by targeting and developing relationships with customers in primarily the European professional/contract market.
  • Understand and stay updated on key requirements, labels, and certificates necessary for the contract market.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Manage and nurture customer relationships to ensure long-term partnerships and customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders, including product development, production, marketing, and supply chain teams, to align strategies and achieve business objectives.
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
  • Represent the company at international trade shows and events to promote products and expand the customer base.
  • Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management.

Who Are You?
This international role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of commercial strategies, a flair for sales from your experience working in sales, preferably in the furniture or related industry targeting the contract market.

You will be opening doors to new customers, and you therefore excel in maintaining and building strong relationships with both new and exciting customers as well as managing internal stakeholders effectively. You are open to travel as this is an integral part of this job.

We imagine that this will describe you as well:

  • You have a relevant education: e.g. bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • You have 5+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the furniture or related industry targeting the contract market.
  • You have a proven track record of driving sales growth and achieving targets.
  • You have in-depth commercial understanding and sales flair.
  • You have a strong technical understanding of products .
  • You have strong project management competencies and the ability to lead and coordinate complex projects.
  • You have knowledge of key requirements, labels, and certificates for the contract market.
  • You have excellent relationship-building skills with both customers and internal stakeholders.
  • You have strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • You can work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, international environment.
  • You speak Danish and English at a conversational level.
