We are seeking a passionate Digital Marketing Services Manager to join our growing team. As a key member of the Global IT team, you will play a crucial role in supporting rapid commercial expansion in Europe and augment our in-field sales force with digital marketing technology. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, collaborate with cross-functional, global teams working together to achieve extraordinary results.

You will be part of the Global Commercial IT Product Team which consist of 7 people based in Hellerup, Denmark as well as Palo Alto and Princeton in the US.

The team is known for relentlessly delivering to our commercial internal customers and utilizing the latest trends in technology to enable business strategy. The team is fast paced and collaborative.

You will report to Jakob Monajemzadeh Thrane, People Leader in Global IT, and to Ivanna Rosendal, IT Business Partner, from a functional point of view. Both are based in HQ in Hellerup, Denmark.
You will also be based in Hellerup.

Your key responsibilities will be:

  • Ensure delivery and ongoing operations of digital products and services supporting commercial execution in our European affiliates.
  • Align on marketing campaign strategy, journey set-up, and defined campaign goals with business stakeholders.
  • Manage outside agencies and partners to track and deliver targeted email and digital marketing campaigns.
  • Manage web hosting, ensuring the site's reliability, and security, while handling domain registration and DNS configurations. Implement and maintain cookie consent solutions to comply with privacy regulations, working with legal and compliance teams.
  • Manage analytics and reporting for campaign measurement and interpretation for marketing stakeholders.

Qualifications and Skills:
You hold a relevant academic degree – minimum a bachelor’s degree from IT, Digital, Marketing or something completely different – and 5+ years of experience from a related role in a pharmaceutical, biotechnology or related environment.

Furthermore, you have:

  • Extensive understanding of digital marketing platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Veeva CRM and how they can make a difference for pharmaceutical sales and marketing... but you also know the challenges.
  • Hands-on knowledge of translating strategy to digital and IT in life sciences – ideally from European markets.
  • Experience in driving the successful delivery of digital products and platforms, including web, email, digitally-enabled personal promotion and mobile applications.
  • A broad understanding of relevant data pipes and flows along with respective relevant regulations including GDPR.
  • You have been working in an agile team, relentlessly improving your working practices.

To succeed in this role, we also expect you to be a self-starter who can see white spaces and opportunities and jump in to move things forward.

Our team needs to scale to support the ever-growing demands, so we need team members who both can act pragmatically and solution orientated for the short term, and at the same time are able to think long-term to ensure what we do today can grow to support us in the future.

Travel: 25 – 25 days per year.
