Igniting potential
We are looking for energetic, self-driven advisors with strong M&A, financial and people skills. You will have the opportunity to advise leading Danish and international companies/investors on large cap and mid-market Energy & Renewables deals and engagements and act as a trusted advisor in their decision making. You will join a team of experienced professionals who bring excellence to clients across the spectrum of services, including:

• M&A transactions;
• Capital raising;
• Restructuring and divestments.

Positive 'can-do' attitude with strong skill set
The advisors we are looking to hire will:

• Build on our proven track record and portfolio of Energy & Renawables projects
• Lead and participate in M&A engagements in close cooperation with other KPMG professionals and clients;
• Participate in negotiations and deal closing with shareholders and investors;
• Work closely together with our global network of experts;
• Conduct in-depth client, financial and industry research;
• Review or prepare client deliverables such as management presentations, pitch books, financial models and valuations, etc;
• Drive and assist in pursuing relevant business opportunities by preparing and presenting proposals to potential clients.

Your qualifications
We seek outstanding and ambitious individuals with the following qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years' experience from corporate finance, banking, capital markets, financial services or management consulting;
• Experience from the Energy & Renewable space;
• Strong delivery skills and business development drive;
• Excellent people skills for leading teams and working with our clients;
• Business acumen combined with financial skills with an attention to detail;
• Ability to prioritize and manage several projects simultaneously under tight timelines;
• Excellent academic background with MBA/MSc in finance, economics or law;
• Strong written and verbal communication skills;
• Excellent skills in Excel and PowerPoint;
• Self-motivated, open-minded with a positive can-do attitude and
• Fluency in English and Danish is a requirement.
