Awesome! But what will my new role be?
As Vertical Event Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating online and in-person events for niche verticals within the construction industry. You will be working as part of the events team, contributing to the 100+ in person annual events organized and hosted by Dalux. While your primary responsibility will be Vertical events, you will also work on Dalux User Days around the world.
Other than this your tasks will be:
- Planning and Organizing Events: Coordinating online and in-person events for specific verticals within the construction industry.
- Liaising with Stakeholders: Communicating with internal teams, and clients and occasionally vendors to ensure event requirements are understood and met.
- Event Promotion: Collaborating with the product- and digital marketing teams to promote events through various channels.
- Registration Management: Overseeing event registration processes, including setting up registration systems, tracking attendees, and handling inquiries.
- Post-Event Evaluation: Collecting feedback, analyzing event success, and preparing reports to inform future event planning.

You know how to navigate in an international organization and how to build and maintain relationships with colleagues and external partners.
