Production – Part of Global IT
Global IT is responsible for developing, implementing, and operating IT across the Danish Crown Group. Within Global IT, we are more than 300 colleagues in Denmark, England, Sweden, Poland, Netherlands, Germany, and China, and around 150 have their work base at the HQ in Randers.

We are in an exciting development phase and are looking for a Technical Coordinator with great collaboration skills for our MES department within the IT division (referred to as Global IT, Production).
You will join the Technical Enablement team in charge of bridging between our internal customers (factories), external vendors and our MES consultants and developers, all working on developing, implementing, and managing production IT systems at our factories.

Your tasks will include:

• Participation in all project phases across domains – from idea to handover at the factories.
• Project execution concerning timeline and budget requirements.
• Managing the project team, consisting of various project stakeholders.
• Acting as the liaison between the business, IT, and our customers (factories).
• Setting requirements for suppliers and internal deliverables.
• Understanding technical solutions without being an expert or leveraging the many experts available.
• Handling technical deliverables both onsite and from headquarters.
• Setting clear goals and providing feedback with the team and colleagues.
• Contributing to building relationships between the global project leader, project participants, and our stakeholders.

You will get a challenging position with a wide range of projects within IT and production. Each project is unique, and you will have significant influence and a varied workday. Expect up to 30-60 travel days a year, both domestically and internationally.

Get a seat at the table
We are looking for a technically proficient Technical Coordinator with a "can-do" attitude, who may have previously worked as a Technical Project Manager, Technical Consultant, or Business Consultant with an interest in the technical aspects and coordination of projects.
You hold a relevant education (IT, Engineering, Automation etc.) at bachelor’s or master’s level and have a couple of years of experience within technical project management and working in an agile environment, preferably from a larger company. You master English and Danish at the negotiating level.

You are comfortable with finding your way through ambiguity and situations where stakeholders hold divergent opinions. Furthermore, you find yourself comfortable at all levels within the organization.
You have a good technical understanding and the ability to drive processes together with a structured and analytical approach.
