If so, we have an opening position as a Business Analyst in our tribe.
We work in a scaled agile set-up, with cross-functional squads staffed with a mix of business analysts, developers, etc. As a Business Analyst you will be responsible for analysing, developing, testing, and documenting deliveries in collaboration with different stakeholders in Danske Bank and Danske Invest.
Your daily work will consist of collaborating with various stakeholders to identify requirements translating business needs into clear objectives, challenge existing practices, provide domain knowledge to the development team, testing, facilitation of workshops, analysis of problems and much more.
To further enable and leverage your skills mastery, you will also be part of the Business Analyst Chapter within the Asset Management Tribe. Our Chapter Lead, who also serves as your HR manager, will support and mentor you to ensure your personal and professional growth. You’ll also be responsible for continuously learning and contributing to the development of your chapter’s functional expertise.
This position can be based in Vilnius, Lithuania or Copenhagen K., Denmark. If the position is being filled in Lithuania, the salary range will be from 3440 EUR to 5160 EUR monthly (based on your competencies relevant for the job).

You will:
- Collaborate with business areas to translate business needs into user stories, that can be understood by the team and developers
- Act as the technical sparring partner and provide domain knowledge for developers relating to change within IT applications and system functionality
- Analyse and improve business and technical processes
- Take a lead role in delivering change by planning and facilitating workshops, maintaining backlog and testing new solutions
- Optimize and oversee fee-related processes within the organization
- Improve Fee systems, and support decision-making through data-driven insights
As Business Analyst, you have the responsibility to develop and refine requirements to increase the quality and efficiency of technical solutions. This is done by translating the business needs into clear objectives and requirements. You will also help calibrating the Squad user stories with stakeholder inputs across the value chain.
You will work closely with the Product Owner and other Squad members in user story refinement (including special acceptance criteria) to ensure that user stories are well clarified and ready for development in a timely manner.
About you:
- Relevant business analyst experience with a technical foundation within Asset Management
- Experience with defining user stories and tasks for software developers
- Solid analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyse different information with attention to detail and accuracy without losing the overview
- Good stakeholder management and communication skills including the ability to question when needed
- Curiosity, enthusiasm for knowledge sharing, and continuous learning
- Domain knowledge in fee processes, finance, and accounting is highly beneficial and will significantly contribute to the effectiveness of the role
- You have great interpersonal skills and are good at explaining business or function’s needs to colleagues with a more technical background
- Advanced English skills

If the candidate will be hired in Lithuania the monthly salary range is from 3440 EUR to 5160 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
