Master Data Specialist - Unique Human Capital

As Master Data Specialist at Ammeraal Beltech Modular, you will be part of the Price- and Master Data Department, which is responsible for the pricing structure of the business unit’s product portfolio towards all sales entities worldwide. Ammega - Ammeraal Beltech Modular is a growing company currently working on a large project that involves changing its ERP system. This means that the pricing department is working intensively to scope and build new systems, secure the proper development of the pricing worldwide, consolidate the price structure across countries and monitor competitors and market conditions.

You will report directly to the Manager of Pricing & Master Data and be responsible for the master data conversion from Oracle to D365. You will represent AMMEGA—Ammeraal Beltech Modular A/S in the global D365 core team. After go-live, you will own the master data process and flow, ensuring reliable data and up-to-date procedures.
Your responsibility will, among others, be:

• Migration and structure of master data
• Participate in the core implementation team
• Manage data entry, workflows, and approval processes within D365
• Provide training and support to end-users on data management processes and tools
• Analyses, structure and maintenance of the global modular data
• Describe standards, work procedures and policies and become an integrated part of the continuous development and Master Data department
• Identify and implement process improvements for data management
• Develop and document data management procedures and best practices
• Work closely with business users, IT teams, and other stakeholders to understand data requirements and ensure D365 supports business needs

You have 2-4 years of experience working with master data and D365, preferably from a manufacturing or project organisation. Your experience can also come from a consultancy, where you support organisations in converting from one ERP system to D365.

You are a structured person with an analytical mindset. Furthermore, you have a good sense of urgency and can see the bigger picture. You thrive in challenging the status quo and drive change initiatives.
