As Senior Software Engineer you will ensure that our systems and processes are streamlined, efficient, and effective, ultimately leading to an enhanced customer experience.
Your daily responsibilities will include several tasks on both Group-, Stakeholder- and Team-level. These responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Designing and developing our IT solutions whilst meeting the expectation of the market in terms of functionality, stability, and quality
- Analyzing and defining project scopes and milestones for company initiatives bringing technical expertise to the table
- Effectively using group tools and frameworks to provide a strong framework for the development team
- Define and ensure adherence to best coding practices
- Helping developers with continuous professional development through peer code-reviews, coaching, knowledge sharing
- Communicating with stakeholders and management to ensure the right solution is built for the company and market needs
- Facilitating decision-making, design and problem-solving sessions, in order to bring optimal technical solutions together with the team
As Senior Software Engineer you will continuously work cross functionally with departments at different organizational levels through projects, developments, and daily operations. You will be a part of the Nordic IT Development team consisting of fourteen dedicated colleagues with diverse skills and a range of both Danish and international backgrounds.

We imagine you have an extensive Software Engineering toolbox and have several years of experience from similar positions, where you have enabled a culture of best practice in Software Engineering.
