Are you a dynamic and experienced Marketing Strategist looking to make a significant impact? Join our Marketing Strategy team at Saxo Bank, where you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our marketing strategies to drive growth, enhance brand presence, and ensure alignment with our business objectives. The team you will be joining consists of 7 dedicated colleagues working with global projects within marketing strategy and client research/insights: We are looking for our new colleagues with a strong background in strategic marketing, a passion for finance, and a results-driven approach.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and Implement Marketing Strategies: Craft and execute marketing strategies that align with Saxo Bank's business goals and enhance our market position.
• Market Research and Analysis: Utilize data to inform strategic decisions and optimize marketing efforts.
• Campaign Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and performance of multi-channel marketing campaigns, ensuring consistency in messaging and brand voice across all platforms.
• Collaboration: Work closely with our Media Planning and Brand & Design teams to support our local marketing colleagues across 15 countries. Ensure marketing strategies are integrated with overall business strategies. Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders.
• Performance Tracking: Establish KPIs and metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives. Provide regular reports and insights to senior management.
• Brand Management: Maintain and enhance Saxo Bank's brand identity, ensuring all marketing materials reflect our values and mission.
• Innovation and Creativity: Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies. Propose and implement innovative and creative marketing.

Qualifications

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in a strategic marketing role, preferably within a marketing agency or marketing role within the financial services industry.
• Language: Professional proficiency in English is required. Danish is not mandatory but will be considered an advantage for this role.

Skills

• Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions.
• Proficiency in marketing automation tools.
• Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and the ability to develop innovative marketing concepts.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
