Dispatch Technician - Onsite Support Services

Are you passionate about technology and excel in providing exceptional in-office support? WTW is seeking a dedicated Dispatch Technician for Onsite Support Services (OSS) to join our Global Service Management team. In this role, you’ll ensure seamless technology support within our offices, addressing hardware and software issues that remote teams can’t handle, and configuring workspaces to meet our high standards.

Key responsibilities

• Provide on-site technical support to colleagues, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and setting up laptops.
• Install, configure, and maintain in-office workspaces, printers, and other IT peripherals.
• Collaborate with other IT teams to integrate systems and resolve complex technical challenges.
• Align service delivery with business requirements and company strategies.
• Manage the purchasing, distribution, and stock levels of IT peripherals.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues promptly, escalating as necessary to ensure timely solutions.

This position follows a ‘Hub and Spoke’ model, requiring travel to various WTW sites (within the local region) as needed to provide in-office support. Additionally, you will collaborate with third-party vendors to maintain high-quality outcomes and manage the operation of those services.

About you

• Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience as an onsite support technician for Local Services Technology Services.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Intune and Microsoft Azure fundamentals.
• Understanding of Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) principles.
• Willingness to travel within the local region for in-office support.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Proven ability to set up and resolve issues with hardware such as desktops and laptops.
• Fluent in both Danish and English, which is essential given that management is based in the UK and the work is in Denmark
