Currently, we are looking for an Order Management Specialist to join the Material Planning team.

What will you be doing you ask?
Your primary tasks will be monitoring and aligning delivery times with suppliers.
You will enter confirmation dates on new purchase orders in our SAP system and expedite these purchase orders with suppliers if needed.
Furthermore, you will perform data analysis on delays in delivery but also identify and communicate opportunities for possible improvements.
You will be responsible for problem solving in connection to all questions in our department mailbox.
Additionally, you will coordinate actions with material planning specialists and managers to understand demand and supply needs to support operational goals.

Regarding IT skills, we expect you to be good at MS Excel and have knowledge in ERP & MRP systems, preferably SAP.
