We're looking for a friendly, service-oriented, and knowledgeable onsite IT Supporter to become an essential part of our team, at our vibrant and lively head office, where we are dedicated to creating a dynamic and engaging work environment, and ensure that our staff can work efficiently and confidently with the technology they rely on daily. 🌍
The Quest
You will be the go-to person for all things tech-related at our head office, warehouse, and retail stores. You'll provide prompt, expert assistance to our staff, ensuring that their IT issues are resolved quickly and effectively. With your friendly demeanor and service-oriented approach, you'll make technology accessible and stress-free for everyone, from the least tech-savvy to the most experienced users.
The Road Ahead
- Deployment of a New POS System Across 8 Retail Locations in Denmark and Germany
- Replacement and Optimization of Network Infrastructure in All Danish and German Stores
- Upgrade of All Workstations from Windows 10 to Windows 11 in Preparation for Windows 10 End-of-Life (EOL)
- Transition of Network Operations from Outsourced to In-House Management
Your Mastery
- A friendly and knowledgeable IT supporter with over 3+ years of hands-on experience in a similar role.
- Enjoy helping others and making their day easier by solving their tech problems
while understanding that excellent IT support is as much about people as it is about technology. - Offer clear, understandable guidance and training to users, empowering them to confidently use our systems and tools.
- Perform regular updates and preventative maintenance to keep our IT infrastructure running smoothly, while anticipating potential issues and addressing them before they become problems.
- Have a solid understanding of IT systems and can troubleshoot a wide range of issues effectively.
- You're ready to collaborate with our other TECH departments to ensure the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace
Our IT Infrastructure and management suite is currently exclusively on Google Workspace, Ubiquiti UniFi system, Withsecure, Jamf, and other tools.
Your Fellow Adventurers
Your immediate colleague will be a Senior IT Supporter to whom you will report. Hobbii’s IT support is part of a Tech team of 30, comprising developers, testers and other technical wizards.
