Solution Engineer

Right now, we are looking for a Solution Engineer
As our new Solution Engineer, you will join our Integration DK Team, which consist of 19 highly skilled colleagues who work as Solution Managers, Solution Engineers, and Software Developers. You will report to the Department Manager of the team, and you will be responsible for developing embedded customer-specific energy management solutions within the Marine & Offshore Sector.

Your tasks will, among others, include:

• Configuration of project software and hardware
• HMI configuration
• Setup test and simulation
• Factory Acceptance Tests
• Onsite service, installation, and commissioning
• Assist your colleagues with customer projects

Together with our global technical organisation, you must visit customers for commissioning- or service tasks worldwide. Therefore, you should expect 30-40 travel days per year.

The ideal candidate
You hold a degree in the electrical (engineering) field, enabling you to guide, design, and program the best solutions based on customer requirements. In addition, you have some years of experience from a similar position in the Marine & Offshore sector and possess product programming skills in C++/ CODESYS ror are willing to learn.

You have a good sense of cultural differences, which you use to collaborate with customers and colleagues worldwide. As a result, you collaborate effectively with people around you and focus on sharing your knowledge to succeed.
