Student Assistant to Life Sciences Sales

You will join our skilled and dedicated sales team that is working with all kinds of sales activities related to IT services for Life Sciences – Primarily Novo Nordisk.

We are an ambitious team, who also insist to have fun and laugh everyday.

In this way, you will gain valuable knowledge related to the hottest sector in Danish business life now. Your job is to support the sales team within a wide range of tasks from preparation of sales activities, contractual work, CRM updates, participation in customer calls, and whatever comes up. If you bring a good spoonful of curiosity added with a solid dash of willingness to try out things on your own and top it with the courage to ask, this job will give you far more than a paycheck.

Your responsibilities

• Prepare and participate in customer meetings and workshops
• Prepare SOW (statement of work) – collect estimates and coordinate with colleges in Denmark, Czech and Philippines
• Update data and info in our sales CRM system

Your qualifications

• Ongoing studies on your commercially oriented degree
• Ready to work 10-20 hours a week – of course with respect for periods with assignments and exams
• The ability to listen and take in new info as well as feedback related to specific tasks
• The courage to ask and look for relevant information, when you need it
• The ability to plan ahead and handle deadlines – you are part of a project organization
• Good Danish and English skills
• Unformal and easygoing
