About your future role
Technical Solution Support team (TSS) is a Nordic 3rd level support team of 11 POS (Point-Of-Sale) experts based in Finland, Sweden, and Denmark supporting our Large and Partner accounts across Nordics. We are part of Supply Chain Tech department, and Supply Chain organisation in Nets/Nexi.

In the core of our work is to provide technical integration support on POS products for our Partners and ECR integrators. We do the work mostly by solving issues through our ticketing system, but extensive part of our work is project activity support, maintenance, troubleshooting, and testing within software, hardware, ECR components, Compliance, and systems and tools area.

We are looking for a motivated and experienced talent located either in Stockholm or Helsinki to join our team primarily to support our Customers and Partners in Swedish market. This position offers a great opportunity to grow your technical expertise in payments, great colleagues and close network of POS and payments experts and being in the front seat of ever-changing payments industry.

Your key responsibilities in this role will be:

  • Technical solution support via selected channels according to agreed metrics
  • POS integration support and troubleshooting on products within the service area.
  • Working in 3rd level support role for key stakeholders in Nets
  • Support, co-operation, knowledge sharing, participation with related tasks and projects with i.e. Supply Chain, Product, Nordic Engineering, Presales, Sales, Customer Service teams
  • Acquire and maintain in-depth knowledge of organizational products within the service area.
  • Give input related to agreed process development tasks or other development initiatives within the service area.
  • Assist, support and train team members and other relevant colleagues/parties
  • Co-operate with internal value chain stakeholders

Qualifications needed to be successful in this role:

  • Fluency in Swedish and proficient English language skills
  • 2 – 4 years of experience in 2nd or 3rd level technical support tasks
  • Experience in working with payment acceptance solutions i.e., ECR + POS integrated systems, digital payments, card payments, Payment/POS terminals, or other payment products.
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills to analyse and investigate different system, software, user, and hardware related problems and issues.

Additional skills and experience that would make you stand out:

  • Suitable educational background, e.g., degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or IT is beneficial.
  • Can do - attitude to learn & solve new things everyday enabling you to grow in the role.
  • Great interaction and communication skills to work with various internal and external stakeholders.
  • Experience from technical projects i.e., prioritized issues, POS + ECR integrations, customer projects, and similar
  • Ability to organize and prioritize your work and tasks.
  • Flexible and ability to react and adapt to changes.
  • Team oriented mindset
