About your future role
Before you start working in our SME BI & Commercial insights team of analysts and data scientists, you will go through well-structured education that will prepare you for your new role. This role provides you with the opportunity to work in a hybrid model, combining work from home and from the office.

We’re on the lookout for a data analytics star who will be part of the SME BI & Commercial insights team of analysts and data scientists. You need to be curious and enthusiastic about what you do. Our vision is to deliver high quality sales reporting and performance management for our sales organisation within the exciting and growing SME merchant market. This is a role based in our Copenhagen office.

We deliver a governed self-service BI solution guided by our recently implemented Alteryx Server and PowerBI. Further, we support SME Sales with analytics, reporting and project management of strategic initiatives. We are part of a European team on a mission to scale the performance management infrastructure across existing and new markets, thereby supporting the growth aspiration to become the European Paytech.

As Senior BI & Commercial Insights Developer you’ll join an open and sharing community with highly skilled and motivated colleagues. You can come as you are and be at your best at Nets. You’ll find the freedom to balance an exciting job with life outside of work.

Your key tasks and responsibilities will be to further develop our analytics and reporting capabilities leveraging the Alteryx Server and PowerBI, to automate our sales performance reporting and enable sales improvements. Furthermore, you are expected to play an important role in expanding the reporting framework across our European organisation and guide BI development projects.

You will have an opportunity to mentor team members and support them on their growth journey. You will utilize your stakeholder management skills, as you will be working with partners across Sales, Finance, BI and IT developers to develop best-in-class reporting and defining the hero KPIs to steer our business. Further, you will assist sales directors and team leads to improve their business through sparring and conducting ad hoc analyses and optimisation proposals on selected topics.

Qualifications needed to be successful in this role:

• Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience
  • Proficiency and experience in working with data
  • Experience working with Alteryx
  • Experience working with PowerBI or Tableau
  • Experience working with Sales
  • Fluent English both written and spoken (Danish is a plus)
