Student Assistant - Management team of Two-Stroke Engineering

Are you a Student with a knack for technology and a skilled communicator with a keen interest in administrative tasks? As a student assistant for the management of Two-Stroke Engineering, you will get the opportunity to work with a broad variety of tasks supporting the management of Engineering with both technical and administrative tasks. You will play an important role in: As a student assistant in Two-Stroke Engineering, you will primarily support the Vice President and senior management team in Engineering with all kinds of administrative support from meeting coordination, agenda preparation to assist with technical documentation. You will get collaboration tasks for both keeping managers up-to-date with essential knowledge, as well as promoting initiatives and projects in the business of MAN Energy Solutions. Your main responsibilities will be:

• Assist with and support the management team and Executive Assistant with administrative support
• Assist with technical documentation
• Supporting and promoting development activities
• Prepare communication material for projects and technical presentations
• Prepare and maintain documentation for our various processes and systems
• Help with project tracking and follow up on reporting
• Ad hoc

We imagine that you: We imagine that you are currently enrolled in a relevant master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science or a related field and want to combine your studies with a relevant work experience and that you can work approximate 15 – 20 hours per week. Your workdays will be planned around your studies taking into consideration exam periods.

Moreover, you possess the following skills:

• You can work independently and quickly get acquainted with new tasks and working methods but you are also a collaborative team player.
• You take responsibility for your tasks from the idea to completion and have the ability to communicate effectively within the organization.
• As your work will be visible in our projects, you must have strong communication skills, both in writing and orally
• You are fluent in Danish & English
• Well experienced in the Microsoft 365 suite, especially PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, and Outlook.
• Proficiency in SharePoint is an advantage
