Digital Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a talented and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join our marketing team.

As our new Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, tracking, and optimizing our digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels. Our ideal candidate should have a strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies and be able to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution. This role requires creativity, analytical thinking, and a deep understanding of online marketing trends.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Execute Digital Campaigns: Plan and execute all digital marketing, including marketing database, email, social media, content syndication, intent data, marketplaces (G2, Capterra), display advertising campaigns, and other channels.
  • ABM Strategy: Plan and execute account-based marketing tactics based on 1 to 1, 1-to-few and 1-to-many strategies. Have experience with ABM tools such as 6sense, Demandbase, Termius, and others.
  • Vendor Management: Coordinate with third-party vendors to support campaign execution
  • Content Strategy: Collaborate with internal teams to create and optimize content that engages our target audience and drives lead generation and brand awareness.
  • Social Media Management: Develop and manage paid social media strategies to increase engagement and lead generation.
  • SEO/SEM Optimization: Work with the marketing operations team to optimize website content, landing pages, and paid search campaigns to drive organic paid traffic and improve search engine rankings.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Measure and report the performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs) in Hubspot and Salesforce.
  • Marketing Automation: Manage marketing campaigns within marketing automation platforms such as Hubspot. Be able to build, execute, and report on campaigns and emails within the platform.
  • Paid Advertising: Find and manage content partners for paid advertising campaigns.
  • A/B Testing: Conduct A/B testing on various digital campaigns to optimize performance and enhance user experience.
  • Email Marketing: Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to drive engagement and retention.
  • Collaboration: Align digital marketing efforts with sales and product teams' objectives
  • Stay Updated: Keep abreast of the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and implement them in campaigns.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2-5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of successful digital campaigns.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Proficient in digital marketing tools and platforms
    • Experience with SEO/SEM, marketing automation tools, and CRM systems.
    • Familiarity with WordPress or other CMS platforms.
    • A strong understanding of HTML/CSS is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking. Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to think creatively and come up with innovative solutions to marketing challenges.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
