Senior Network Engineer (Cisco ISE, DNA Center, Wireless, SD-WAN/SDA)

Our Network Services organization in Czechia is growing, and we are looking for experienced colleagues specialized within Cisco ISE, DNA Center, Wireless and SD-WAN/SDA solutions.

Your Team
Aeven Network services consists of 100+ resources in Denmark, Czech and Philippines, and our primary focus is to design, build, maintain network solutions as well as providing advisory and consulting services. We are operating and developing existing and new solutions within Network security, core and enterprise. Our customers are within the Life Science industry, Finance, Private & Public. We are increasingly busy, so we need more hands and brains to support our journey.

Your Responsibilities

• Daily operational tasks
• Manage and troubleshoot complex network issues, ensuring minimal downtime and disruption
• Manage network security protocols and policies using Cisco ISE and other security tools
• Troubleshoot and resolve wireless network issues, ensuring optimal user experience
• Working on smaller assignments with full costumer contact and as part of a team collaborating with architects, clients, project managers and other stakeholders
• Maintain detailed documentation of network designs, configurations, and changes
• Responsible for implementing changes and service request as well as troubleshoot Incidents with the right level of documentation to comply with the required compliance level
• Furthermore, you will take part in normal operations maintenance such as patch, license renewal and audits responsibility, where our contributions are included in the delivery
• Participate in implementing projects from time to time
• Create and maintain a strong a customer relationship
• Create and maintain good collaboration with internal stakeholders

Your Knowledge and Experience:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in network engineering, with a focus on SDN, SDA, ISE, and wireless technologies
• Knowledge equals the level of one of these certifications: Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP), Cisco Certified Internetwork Expert (CCIE), Cisco Certified Specialist in SD-WAN, and Cisco Identity Services Engine (ISE)
• You have excellent skills within operations, troubleshooting, analysis, and implementation on above technologies
• Experience with MFA solutions is a plus
• Network Automation and Scripting is a plus
• You are fluent in English both orally and writing
• You have very good communication skills and service provider mindset as you will work with customers as well as on internal projects
