The job
Fredericia Brewery is one of Europe's largest brewing facilities, equipped with advanced production lines, modern brewing and storage areas, automated warehouses, and direct distribution channels to customers across Denmark. In this role, you will coordinate and support our Carlsberg Excellence program (CarlEx) throughout the supply chain, maintaining operational standards, supporting personnel development, and ensuring that strategic priorities are met in a sustainable way. Additionally, you will implement best practices, both within Carlsberg and in our local operations, focusing on achieving set goals.

The CarlEx program is grounded in TPM and LEAN methodologies, and we have high expectations for its global implementation across Carlsberg.

As a member of the Supply Chain Denmark Management Team, you will report directly to the Vice President of Supply Chain Denmark.

Your responsibilities
In this role, you will ensure that the necessary resources are allocated to key projects and that CarlEx is well understood and effectively operated within Carlsberg Denmark. You will also ensure compliance with the Group CarlEx standards.

Specifically, you will:;

• Roll out the Program across all Supply Chain functions and support the development of implementation methodologies.
• Train, coach, and evaluate the implementation of the CarlEx Foundations and advanced processes and standards.
• Actively support priority deployment across all functions and levels of production and supply chain operations.
• Support the implementation of standards, continuous internal and external benchmarking, and the sharing of best practices.
• Review the successes and opportunities of the program to continuously improve safety, quality, service, and cost efficiency.

Your qualifications
Your commitment to guiding transformative initiatives is evident through your history of achieving goals. Your professional and educational background likely includes a university degree, supplemented by experience in a similar role within Supply Chain. You also have at least five years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with a minimum of three years in a management position.

We expect you to have a deep understanding of the CarlEx-core principles, such as Zone Management, Performance Management, and Organizational Management.

Given the broad range of internal and international contacts, fluency in both written and spoken Danish and English is required.
