Internship in Customer Operations

Here is what your role entails
As an Intern your main responsibility is to provide a professional hosting service to our customers. You will be supporting and driving our costumer operations, while also getting the opportunity to manage your own projects for both new and existing customers. Besides handling day-to-day tasks, you can shape your role as an intern based on your interests. Whether you are passionate about business development, process optimization, or survey design, you will have the freedom to work across departments and contribute to projects that excite you.

More specifically you will be:

• Following up on status and ensure progress of tasks and projects as well as oversee time allocation
• Assisting with optimization of existing work processes
• Preparing service communication for internal and external use
• Setting up reports for internal use, e.g. project report or cost report
• Planning tasks related to onboarding of new customers on our hosted IT Platforms and tasks related to migrating customers from one IT platform to another.

Within our Digitalization, AI, and IT division, we are looking for an intern to join our Customer Operations department. We are a small team with dedicated colleagues, where we often collaborate across the organization. You will join a team that greatly values personal development as well as flexible working hours. Here, you have the opportunity to work independently while receiving good sparring and support.

We are looking for a student, who with their commitment to and theoretical knowledge about project management wants to build on our processes and create value for Kamstrup’s project and services deliveries.

In order to succeed we imagine that you:

• Are studying a bachelor’s or master´s degree in IT, Business Economics and IT, Business Development, Global Business Engineering or similar.
• Have a can-do mindset, which makes you able to see solutions instead of limitations
• Thrive in an outgoing role and excel at communicating at across different organizations and with customers
• Are structured and takes responsibility of your own tasks, consistently working towards meeting your deadlines

As we are an international organisation it is important that you are fluent in English and Danish.
