STUDENT ASSISTANT IN FINANCE AND ADMIN (CPH)

As a student assistant at GAME HQ you will become a part of a strong team that supports the organization across departments and where we support each other within the team when needed. As a team member of GAME’s Finance and Admin Team you will be responsible to support us in daily operational tasks in both areas.
ABOUT THE POSITION
In the position at GAME your tasks will be diverse, allowing you to gain valuable experience working within different financial and administrative procedures. The tasks will include amongst others:
• Bookkeeping in collaboration with a team member
• Reconciliation of different type of accounts
• Assisting in providing information and documentation related to financial audits
• Supporting our administration around monthly assignments
• Possibility to work with internal guidelines and compliance checks
• Ad-hoc tasks, including support for internal stakeholders

WE EXPECT YOU
• Are currently studying in a relevant degree that fits the student job
• A service-minded person that works with a smile on their face
• Enjoys taking ownership of tasks and is adaptable along the way
• A person of proactive nature that thrives in an environment with different tasks
• Enjoys working with numbers and systems
• Good knowledge of Excel, Word and possibly other Microsoft apps, such as Teams, Planner or Power Automate
• Good language skills in English and Danish
WORKPLACE
GAME Copenhagen, Enghavevej 82 D, 2450 Copenhagen SV, Denmark.
THE PRATICAL
• Start date: Immediately
• Working hours: 15 hours per week, with a flexibility around your schedule
