About the job
We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead project plans across multiple entities and manage cross-functional processes within our Manufacturing Science & Technology team (MS&T). This role will coordinate activities within the Program Management Office (PMO) and Supply Point Office (SPO), playing a key role in our newly established function.

As our new Senior Project Manager, you will oversee project management, ensuring clear communication, timely milestones, and effective collaboration with the Supplier Relationship Management team and manufacturing sites. Responsibilities include supporting and coordinating project resources, tracking progress, developing portfolio processes, and driving continuous improvement.

Additional task can be but is not limited to:
• Maintain portfolio database, manage resource allocation, and integrate MS&T project milestones
• Facilitate monthly workload/capacity bottleneck analysis
• Lead the execution of Supply Point Committee (SPC) decisions and ensure proper follow-up
• Support global portfolio optimization, semi-annual budget cycles, and strategic planning in collaboration with Site Heads, MS&T Director, and Business Partners.
• Contribute to performance data, focusing on time, costs (OPEX and CAPEX), resources, and savings
• Enhance portfolio processes and communicating project status, decisions, and priorities to stakeholders

Senior Project Manager with experience from the pharmaceutical industry
We imagine you have a degree in Science, Engineering or related fields combined with at least 5 years of relevant experience in the Pharmaceutical industry as a Project Manager, Technical Project Manager, PPMO role, or similar.

In this role, you will interact with all various internal stakeholders, external service providers, or product suppliers, therefore, we value your ability to influence across functions and collaborate with different cultures.

It will be highly advantageous if you have knowledge and experience with planning and reporting tools. Additionally, practical knowledge of risk management (identification, evaluation, mitigation) and understanding of impact on projects.

Job Location
The position requires presence at the office in Odense at least two-three days per week. However, you can easily work from home or our Copenhagen office the other days.
