U.S. Marketing, Product Marketing Manager - Blue Ocean Robotics

At Blue Ocean Robotics we develop, produce and sell autonomous mobile robots (AMRs) for service applications across a range of market verticals. We aim at creating robots that make a difference in increasing quality of life and productivity for humans across the world. Our portfolio includes brands like; UVD Robots, an award winning mobile robot for disinfection; GoBe Robots, a mobile telepresence robot for communication, social inclusion and CO2 reductions and PTR Robots, a mobile robot for safe patient handling and rehabilitation.

Your position:
We are looking for a passionate and creative Product Marketing Manager to join our marketing team. As a Product Marketing Manager, you will play an instrumental role in shaping our key marketing messaging and crafting marketing and sales collateral.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and own key messaging and product positioning in the U.S. market for our UVD Robots brand
• Produce and continuously develop sales and marketing materials in various formats such as brochures, one-pagers, slides, videos etc.
• Ongoing education and training of sales team
• Manage our SoMe channels
• Develop and execute our content plan
• Partner with the sales team to create and develop SEO-optimized content for web and SoMe
• Create and edit engaging video content
• Design pictures, graphics and other visual elements
• Ensure all content meet high standards of accuracy, grammar, tone and quality
• Organize and manage content file sharing
• Proactively leverage data, market insights, marketing tools and channels to develop and execute impactful marketing initiatives
• You will be the marketing team’s point of contact for the U.S. sales team
• You will be working from home preferably based on the East Coast U.S

Your Profile:

• Relevant degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in a similar role with a proven track record of producing high-quality materials with clear messaging
• Experience in marketing and communication within the healthcare industry and life-sciences
• Proficient in the Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator and Premiere Pro)
• Experience with Hubspot is a plus
• Experience with SEO best practices
• Excellent knowledge of social media platforms such as Linkedin, Facebook, Twitter (X) and other
• Native English speaker with excellent communication skills (written and spoken)
• Ability to produce content with clear and streamlined messaging across all marketing and sales materials in both written and visual format
• Creative and detail-oriented
• Structured with strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• High personal drive and energy
• Excellent communication skills
• Thrives in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Takes ownership and demonstrates accountability
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
