3Shape offers you the opportunity to become Digital Project Manager in our Activation and Omnichannel team in Global Marketing. You will be responsible for project managing our marketing automation projects across internal stakeholders and external collaborations as well as being the point of contact for our local colleagues for Marketing Automation activities. We are looking for a self-driven, structured and collaborative candidate to join our team. The job is located at 3Shape HQ in Copenhagen, right next to Kongens Nytorv.

About the role
You will project manage global marketing automation developments and activities supporting our business goals. It is your responsibility to ensure that activities are planned, scoped and aligned technically and coherently throughout the customer lifecycle. The role requires you to be able to keep the overview of projects and activities both long-term and on a daily ad-hoc basis.

An important aspect to succeed are fruitful and close stakeholder collaborations globally and locally and ensuring that performance goals within the team are met. You will work together with enthusiastic and skilled colleagues across the Activation & Omnichannel team, Product and Event Marketing, Commercial Excellence, Customer Success and Advocacy, Recurring Revenue as well as GroupIT both in HQ and local offices.

Your primary responsibilities will be:

  • Developing marketing automation projects supporting our business goals, e.g. commercial reach roll-out, implementation of new channels and platform integrations
  • Designing, planning and ensuring the implementation of digital initiatives such as retention programs, product launch activation in 1:1 channels as well as digital sales initiatives
  • Designing engaging customer lifecycle flows and trigger communication together with relevant business units and ensure coherency in the direct customer communication across digital and personal channels
  • Implementing marketing consent activities and ensuring legal alignments across markets
  • Creating and continuously following up on the planning for the Marketing Automation Team to ensure resource optimization and high-quality deliverables
  • Stakeholder management of and cooperation with supporting teams in the organization, ensuring that activities are also aligned locally
  • Performance reporting on activities and KPI’s as well as preparing presentations to stakeholders and management

What you bring:

  • You excel at planning and managing activities, ensuring progress and maintaining an overview of all tasks.
  • You have expertise in marketing automation and understand the customer lifecycle, using data, channels, and personalized communication to enhance customer experience.
  • You are committed to meeting commercial targets and approach work with a proactive, solution-oriented attitude.
  • You collaborate effectively with others, maintaining a positive and reassuring presence among colleagues.
  • You adapt well to changing environments and occasional uncertainty and excel in stakeholder management with an international mindset.
  • 3 - 5 years of work experience as a project manager, either within marketing automation or digital marketing
  • University degree, college degree or equivalent
  • Fluent in Microsoft Office (specifically PowerPoint is crucial)
