Are you an experienced Power Engineer with a passion for Electrical Balance of Plant (eBoP)? Do you have the drive to shape a technical area within a business, translating customer challenges into best-in-class power system solutions?
If so, we have a unique opportunity for you. We are currently seeking an Electrical Balance of Plant (eBoP) Service Leader to join either our office in Copenhagen or Stilling, close to Aarhus.
Lead the Development of eBoP Solutions
As a Service Leader, you will play a key role in developing and expanding this technical area. Your work will be diverse and independent, filled with professional challenges that align with your expertise.
You will work closely with clients to understand their challenges and craft tailored solutions. As the eBoP specialist in the team, you will also be responsible for training and coaching other power engineers, ensuring knowledge transfer and high standards across the team.
You will be part of a team that values an informal atmosphere and strong team spirit, while also embracing an entrepreneurial mindset to build and grow.
Your Profile
You are driven by technical challenges and have a collaborative, team-oriented approach. You set high standards for yourself and others, and you are eager to make an impact in this field.
You should hold a relevant bachelor’s or master’s degree in electrical engineering and have years of experience in Power Engineering, with a focus on Electrical Balance of Plant systems or similar fields.
Throughout your career, you have developed expertise in concept development, requirement specification, protection systems, testing, monitoring, and documenting. Additionally, it is essential that you have knowledge and experience in several of the following areas (but not limited to):
- Simulation & Power Studies
- Switchgear (AIS/GIS/Hybrid)
- Transformers
- Flexible AC Transmission Systems (FACTS)
- Filters Energy Storage
Given the nature of the role, fluency in English or Danish communication at all organizational levels is expected.
