Head of Cyber security professional services Market Sweden - Tietoevry Tech Services

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Cybersecurity professional services in Sweden to join our team at Tietoevry Tech Services. As the head of the unit, you will play a pivotal role in strengthen our security delivery capabilities in the Swedish market, by supporting customer and sales development, enhance operational efficiency, and deliver business value by leading and providing cybersecurity advisory in customer deliveries. You will collaborate closely with market units, customers and resource owners to identify needs, present value propositions and fulfill supply by utilize the global pool of security experts in the global Cybersecurity professional services practice.

As the Head of Cybersecurity professional services in Sweden, you will have the opportunity to work with a team of talented consultants and experience business developers, collaborating to provide exceptional cybersecurity offerings to our customers.

Responsibilities:
· Drive collaboration with Market segments, customer teams and customers and target business opportunities to develop the market for cybersecurity professional services

· Identify market demands together with Market segments where our cybersecurity professional services offerings and talented advisors can support growth and transformation in a secure manner

· Contribute to customer-specific value propositions, sales stories, offerings and bids based on our global capabilities of experts, advisory services and standard offerings

· Participate with senior expertise as billable consultant in customer projects

· Support resource plans and forecasts, and utilize business processes within the unit that secures quality, accuracy and timely reporting of KPIs and financial targets

· Follow processes that secures smooth collaboration with other parts of the Cybersecurity Professional unit as well as close cooperation with the Market Segments

· Support demand management according to the guidelines and strategies, supporting the main goal of the Tech services business

· Manage a group of talented and experienced individuals working with security advisory and services in customer specific assignments.

Who we are looking for
· Passion and drive for developing strong operating culture with positive attitudes, values, goals, and behaviors

· Relevant competence and extensive experience from delivering consultancy and professional services

· Consultative and sales-oriented approach, with the ability to understand customer needs and adapt to unique situations

· Relevant experience within leadership in management positions such as project manager, delivery manager, unit manager or similar

· Strong knowledge of methodology and frameworks, standards and best practice within cybersecurity domains

· Preferrable market relevant certifications within risk management and security

· Experience in working in a multicultural environment

· Ability to deep dive in problem solving, understand business and technical risks and mitigation actions

· A degree in Civil Engineering, Civil Economics, or other relevant degrees

· Excellent written and oral communication skills in Swedish and English

We also believe you have
· Experience of working in leading positions within Tech and IT service delivery industry

· Been part of a management team

· Experience from large and complex customer deliveries

· Good understanding of Tech and the consulting industry
