Core Responsibilities
In this 2-year temporary position as our Senior Consultant, it will be your core responsibility to drive our employee experience engagement and design process across our total rewards experience project portfolio. More specifically you will:

  • Lead partner involvement for design solutions, including end-users, subject matter experts and business partners with a focus on capturing diverse perspectives and experiences across the employee journey.
  • Activate design methods and facilitate interactive idea generation and co-creation sessions, piloting and testing concepts, employee journey mapping, and other engagement activities within the employee experience design process.
  • Drive onboarding and handover of concepts, solutions, and communication materials to partner groups (e.g., user guides, assets, templates, handbooks) and act as point of contact when support is needed.
  • Design and implement engagement processes that effectively convey project goals, updates, and outcomes to the project team and diverse partner groups
  • Support engagement and facilitation for end-user research activities including interviewing, focus groups, surveys

You will join the Employee Experience and Engagement team in Global Rewards where you’ll play a key part in enhancing the total rewards experience for our colleagues, supporting overall global employee attraction & retainment at the LEGO Group. Collaborating with key cross-functional teams across PPC (People, Places and Culture) and other areas of the organization, you will participate in projects that take departure in people’s needs and behavior, designing interventions that solve challenges and elevate employee experiences. Some projects in our expanding portfolio that you will be part of are Best of Both (our hybrid work model), purposeful meeting culture, employee benefits experience and more

Do you have what it takes?
The ideal candidate has experience in designing and leading engagement processes across all organizational levels and target groups as well as skilled in facilitating interactive sessions with cross-functional teams and end-users, translating insights to project teams and partners. In addition, we hope you will bring:

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, written and spoken, with excellent facilitation and presentation abilities.
  • Ability to build, foster, and nurture strong relationships and networks.
  • Experience in project management to support project delivery.
  • Experience in the Microsoft Office package, especially PowerPoint.
  • Proficient with design thinking processes is an advantage
