Role & team overview
The Transport Control Tower, currently made up of almost 40 team members grouped into regions, is committed to providing services for the Local Supply Chain Organization and Integrated Supply Chain entity, performing end-to-end transport and distribution-related processes.
The Contract Execution team is working closely with various stakeholders across the Carlsberg Group to ensure best-in-class service delivery by close collaboration with carriers.
The responsibility of the Transport Contract Execution Intern is building and maintaining professional relationships with logistics providers through daily contract management execution.
What you’ll be doing
- ensuring contract execution on both operational and tactical levels
- cooperating with carriers to obtain required services within the area while maintaining effective addressing of ongoing issues
- cooperating with stakeholders in the Finance & Invoicing process across TCT with carriers
- supporting Quality/Claims issues, coordinating cross-functional collaboration between various stakeholders
- learning end-to-end transport processes and requirements
- assisting in opportunity & risk analysis and reporting performance
We are looking for colleagues who:
- Enjoy the international environment

- Are available for at least 20 hrs per week
