About the job
This is an exciting time to join Falck, as employer branding is high on our agenda, and we have multiple projects ahead. As our Employer Branding Intern, you will have the opportunity to take ownership of and engage in a variety of tasks, including:
- Supporting our Employer Value Proposition project, for example preparing PowerPoint presentations and conducting data analysis
- Supporting measurement and data-gathering efforts on our employer branding activities
- Creating engaging employer branding content for social media
- Providing ad hoc support on global projects, such as career portal updates and recruitment system messaging

About you We are looking for a curious, entrepreneurial, and collaborative student with a positive attitude for the role. Additionally, you should be:
- Currently enrolled at a university, or relevant academic institution
- Majoring or minoring in Communications, Marketing, Language, or a related field
- Proficient in English, both spoken and written (daily interactions will be in English) Well-versed in PowerPoint and Excel
About us
The Global Talent Acquisition team currently consists of the Global Employer Branding Specialist and Global Head of Talent Acquisition, with whom you will work very closely.
In the team, we focus on attracting, recruiting, and onboarding candidates to Falck. You will also collaborate with colleagues in Global People & Culture and Global Communications as well as Talent Acquisition Specialists across Falck’s 26 offices, depending on the projects and tasks you will support.
