The Senior IT Procurement Buyer plays a crucial role in sourcing materials and services, managing procurement processes, and optimizing costs guaranteeing quality. This position requires strong negotiation skills, data analysis, and experience in supplier relationship management.

Within the Group Procurement structure, specifically in the Procurement team serving IT Procurment activities, this role encompasses the following activities:

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

  • Oversee the selection and management of suppliers according to corporate governance and risk management principles.
  • Manage tenders and commercial negotiations for the procurement of the company's ICT goods and services, ensuring compliance with company policies and budget constraints.
  • Collaborate in defining Country and Global Category Strategy.
  • Define procurement priorities through shared planning with internal stakeholders.
  • Manage supplier contracts.
  • Ensure supplier qualification.
  • Support finance functions and internal clients in Procure-To-Pay administrative processes.

Education and Knowledge Requirements:

  • University degree in economics or equivalent professional education.
  • Excellent knowledge of corporate governance and risk management principles.
  • Good working knowledge of procurement processes and policies.
  • Understanding of ICT goods and services procurement.

Skills and Competencies:

  • Ability to work independently with little or no supervision.
  • Flexibility, proactivity, resourcefulness, and efficiency.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Developed verbal and written communication skills.
  • High level of professionalism and confidentiality.

Experience:
3 years of experience in similar roles in the ICT sector

Language Proficiency:
Proficiency in English is required.

Additional Information:

  • Proficiency in Micorsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Knoledge of SAP and Micorsoft Power BI is a plus
