Your Role in Shaping the Future

As a Senior Technical Business Analyst at Scalepoint, you'll be at the heart of our mission to deliver unparalleled solutions to our clients. You'll be a key player, ensuring our products meet the evolving needs of some of the largest Scandinavian insurance companies. Your work will have a direct impact on customer satisfaction and the overall success of our products, making you an essential part of our growth and innovation.

• Technical Mastery: A strong background in technical analysis, with hands-on experience in system troubleshooting and support. Ideally, you've worked in a smaller company environment, giving you broad technical experience.
• Analytical Mindset: You excel at problem-solving and processing large volumes of information.
• Tech Toolkit: Experience with GrayLog or similar, Umbraco or other CMS, Postman/SoapUI is essential. It would be a plus if you also have experience with SQL, AD/IdentityServer/Keycloak, OAuth, and Digital Invoicing (OIOUBL).
• Clear Communication: Fluent in English and Danish, both written and verbal, with the ability to make complex technical concepts accessible to all. It is important that you have flair for understanding and communicating commercial as well as technical aspects.
• Basic business know-how. We need you to have a proven track record to deliver solutions to customers. You need to have understanding for end user needs and for managers- and middle-managers need to e.g. track and design processes for compliance and BI.

• Translating Customer Needs: Work directly with clients to understand their product requirements and translate these into clear, actionable tasks for our development teams.
• Collaborative Support: Partner with our Sales and Product Owner teams to provide in-depth analysis and design solutions that meet both technical and business needs.
• Technical Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring seamless operations and maximum customer satisfaction.

• Cross-Domain Expertise: Act as the go-to resource for cross-domain functionality, supporting both customers and internal teams.
