Join a fast-paced Finance department
The position is based at our head office in Aarhus and falls under Systematic’s business area Global Business Services, where you will join our Finance department. You will gain an insight into a wide range of tasks relating to project controlling, financial management, and business processes, and you will become part of a highly professional environment. Your working day will be fast-paced but with space for training and knowledge sharing in a company where the focus is on doing everything better.

Build and develop your professional prowess
We are looking for a bright and committed colleague who takes pride in their work. As part of the Project Controlling team, you will be able to acquire new knowledge and competencies while being challenged. At Systematic, you will be treated as an equal with the other employees. You will be part of the team from day one and be involved in performing its tasks.

You will be able to organise your own working week to a large extent and, following a thorough introduction to your duties, you will handle your tasks independently in the team. The most important thing for us is that you learn and are given every opportunity for professional and personal development. Some of your day-to-day tasks will involve:

• Creating projects it D365
• Closing opportunities in CRM and creating order book entries in D365
• Controlling tasks related to end of month
• Using various programs and systems on a daily basis, e.g. Excel and ERP
• Working with and analyzing data
• Ad-hoc tasks

In connection with the internship, our new colleague will get the opportunity to start before time as a student worker, as this will give the future intern the best possible preconditions for the tasks to come.

Put your analytical skills into practice
We envisage that you have an analytical background from your studies, for example, an MSc in Finance and International Business (FIB), an MSc in Management Accounting and Controlling (MAC), or similar. Ideally, you have experience with similar tasks, but this is not a prerequisite. You must however be familiar with using Excel.

You have an analytical mindset and plenty of drive. You take a proactive and structured approach to your work. You thrive in a working day that offers operational tasks, and you enjoy having many balls in the air. You speak and write English fluently – Danish is not a requirement.

The internship lasts five months, starting on 3 February 2025, and is a full-time, unpaid position, but we are flexible regarding your ECTS requirements, and if your study programme allows, you will receive a token of our appreciation each month.
