You will have 9 colleagues in Denmark and our team in Hungary consists of 12 talented colleagues.

Are you ready to embark on this journey with us?
Product Development aims to ensure a continuous development of the company's product portfolio and to optimize business and work processes across the organization. You will in this role have frequent contact with several of the company's other departments and our subsidiary in Hungary as well as patent and trademark holders and external lawyers.

In your position your primary focus will be assisting the department in assuring efficient, correct and timely patent and trademark notification processes.

Furthermore, your daily responsibilities will entail:

• Checking and sending Pre-notifications to patent holders
• Replying patent holders
• Correspondence with trademark holders and internal and external lawyers
• Updating and maintaining internal case files/archive
• Information retrieval
• Further develop and optimize internal systems
• Expected work hours 15-20h/week

The ideal candidate is detail oriented and very structured. You are a team player and eager to learn and you have a natural understanding of how you can contribute to the company's bottom line. There will be many different tasks, which is why you must thrive in a sometimes-busy environment, where you are expected to be able to structure the tasks independently.

In addition, we expect:

• You study law at Copenhagen University or Copenhagen Business School or similar at a bachelor level
• Your written language in English is professional
• It is an advantage, but not a requirement, you had the courses Intellectual Property Rights and EU Law
• You are used to work with MS Office
• You are flexible and show commitment
• You reside in Denmark
